A lovely spacious room with a gorgeous balcony. The staff were great.

We had a lovely welcome, and were able to take our bicycles to our room and store on the balcony. The room was really big and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Alcaraz is stunning, and well worth a visit.

Great location. Selection of bars , cafes nearby. Lovely original hotel, very classy. Has underground parking for small car.

Such a good location, close to public parking, short walk to a handfull of restaurants and bars. We were given a suite on the top floor with stunning views across the river and looking at the castle. There was a complimentary bottle of water in the room, also a safe in the wardrobe. Plenty of hot water. Lovely soft sheets and good quality towels. Would not hesitate to book again. A good breakfast with 'real coffee' and a good selection of hams and cheese, yoghurt, muesli and juices.

Staff were nice, good paying parking, big room, nice bath tub, and a general godd design in all the hotel spaces, also a good terrace in the ground floor near the road.

Location and design, plus facilities and well equipped

stunning old building, beautifully furnished, extensive facilities including balcony to sit out, bar/lounge area, another personal seated area and gorgeous open air central courtyard with seating and plants. situated right in the middle of the old town, within east walking distance of bats, restaurants and castle. The owner, Rosana was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Located in the Spanish Grand Canyon the views are superb and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean , spacious and comfortable with a very contemporary design. The reception staff all spoke English and were very helpful and informative about the local attractions. The breakfast was amazing and served up by the lovely Roses , the dinner was also good value for money.

We were given 2 bedrooms with bathroom and sitting room, when we had only booked 1 room to share between 3 of us. Every thought had gone into the design and decor of all the rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
