Located just 250 metres from Santa Margarita Beach in Roses, 1935 Hotel Boutique & Apartments - Adults Only features a heated outdoor pool. All rooms and appartments at the property have a private terrace. This is just a most awesome boutique hotel. Roses doesn't do itself justice in the photos and this hotel is one block from the beach in a nice quiet and safe area. It was decorated tastefully and we enjoyed every bit of the property. The breakfast was amazing and the highlight. The staff are so friendly. We stayed two nights. If we go to costa brava again we will stay here a week.

Not very often a hotel makes me feel this good. Positive things: 1. Location: close to the main parking in Cadaques and close to the beaches. Quiet area 2. Parking pick up: you can ask the hotel to pick you up/drop you at the parking with their golf cart for free 3. Friendly staff: the hotel is run by a family and every single person I met at the reception was very nice, attentive and efficient. 4. Rooms: they are spacious, very clean, comfortable and have good views of the village while keeping privacy. We stayed in room 2.1 Tramuntana which was very nice 5. Complimentary water, yogurt and fruit 6. Amenities: in general the hotel looks very new and well taken care off. Design is sleek and modern. As far as I am aware the hotel doesn’t have gym/sauna/pool but it is totally understandable as it is a boutique hotel in a tiny village

Spend your day on the wonderful local beach, just opposite from the Hotel Playa Sol. Return to the hotel to enjoy summer terrace bar and winter à la carte restaurant. I loved this hotel, the location was exceptional and it have every amenity I needed, I would stay there again!
