The location is pretty much out of the way - and, frankly, the town of Cangas de Narcea is not especially interesting. However, the Parador is lovely - we liked everything about it - it's what you would expect from a Parador. So, if you want to chill out in beautiful surroundings ( the countryside is spectacular) this is the place to visit and stay in.

Friendly, helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast.

Hotel Dabeleira ligger i Luarca, 1,9 km fra Playa de Portizuelo Strand og 2,7 km fra Playa de Tourán Strand. Dette hotel med 2 stjerner har en udflugtsskranke og bagageopbevaring. Everything very clean, modern room and bathroom. The room skylight made the room nice and bright, and when the skylight shade was closed the room was nice and dark. Room had a mini fridge (with a small bottle of water) in the wardrobe. Spare blanket, jug, herbal teas provided. Towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo provided. I used the correos luggage transfer service which went well. Great location on the Camino del norte (about 3 blocks from tourist info centre and only a few hundred metres to rejoin the camino trail). Wifi and TV worked well. Hot shower with great water pressure. Room had a little desk and chair.

Lovely small family-run hotel in spectacularly scenic location a short walk from Covadonga’s Cueva Santa and Basilica. We arrived late at the end of a 6-day hiking trip and the hotelier was very gracious and helpful. Our favorite hotel during a week in Northern Span.
