Recently restored boutique hotel from 1929, located on the beachfront in Bakio. Exquisite architecture with attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere. It was super clean and comfortable with memory foam beds and a stunning sea view. Hi tech fittings Wonderful breakfast, warm croissants cheese, iberico ham, eggs bacon and lots more. Fresh orange juice was delicious. Hard working staff make this a cracking hotel.

Set on the Bay of Biscay and surrounded by mountains, the Higueralde guest house is located 15-minutes’ walk from the beach. It offers rooms with central heating and free Wi-Fi. Casa Rural Higeralde was fantastic. We have been traveling for six weeks and this was one of the best places in which we have stayed. We enjoyed the view, the countryside and best of all the breakfast. The property had an apple orchard from which they made their own cider. We even enjoyed the steep walk up and down the hill to the town centre. The room was big with a delightful balcony. Secure parking for our bicycles.

Located just 45 metres from San Sebastian Convention Centre and the Auditorium, Pensión Kursaal offers bright rooms with central heating and free Wi-Fi. Room was very spacious and quiet, given that ours was located at the inner side. Very quiet refrigerator. Good bathroom, large box. Tea-boiler, tea and muffins. Lovely old elevator with hands-on operation :)

Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are offered at the Hotel Eguren Ugarte. This design hotel is surrounded by 130 hectares of vineyards and fields in Alaves, in La Rioja. Although there were no rental cars for us in Logrono - a wonderful young taxi driver rescued us. Eguren Ugarte had more than enough surprises around the property to keep us very happy, full, and swimming in delicious wine. Maybe next time we'll be able to drive the area and see more. Can you imagine 4 men travelling together, at the car rental counter - taking the last 4 cars. Ugh. ✌️🤪☀️☀️☀️☀️

This stylish design hotel offers free Wi-Fi and spacious rooms with flat-screen satellite TV. It is situated 10 minutes' walk from Bilbao Cathedral and the popular Seven Streets district. Great big room, modern, everything very clean, very good breakfast, staff was amazing! Very good value for the price.

Less than 5 km from the coast and beside the Basque town of Irun, this charming hotel has a lovely garden and free internet. The breakfast is varied, ample and healthy!Something for all tastes. The hotel is located in an oasis just off the autoroute, next to a big shopping center, and a short drive from the coast. The attention to details at all levels is notable, rooms, beds, linens, in-room care products, space, friendliness of all staff. 5-star stay in a 3-star hotel. And super animal friendly! Spacious parking and large garden area around the hotel. Third time staying here. Next time in warmer weather so I can enjoy the surroundings more!

Designed by Javier Mariscal, this stylish hotel is located opposite Bilbao's Guggenheim Museum. It features a roof terrace with spectacular views. Betyful nicely decorated hotel. A work of art itself. very comfortable with big rooms, big bathrooms and very nice beds with supersoft bedding. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast with an amazing view of the Guggenheim.

Situated opposite Bilbao’s Guggenheim Museum, this boutique hotel was created by fashion designer Antonio Miró. It offers free WiFi and a 24-hour honesty bar. The location and helpful staff. Breakfast was good too. Ruben at the concierge was excellent
