There is a car park close by and parking is available on the same street as the hotel. The decor is very elegant and exudes an air of luxury. The swimming pool is of a good size and is very pleasant. There is also a chillout area by the pool in the shade. Only 6 sunbeds are available, however, they are very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

A beautiful and historic house just 5 minutes' walk from the Plaza Mayor in Almagro, extremely comfortable and tastefully renovated in traditional style. Lorena, the host, was fantastic - helpful, informative and very welcoming to us and our dogs. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, fridge, coffee machine and a good shower in the en suite. Stepping though the front entrance into the main courtyard you enter a private place of peace, space and tranquility, getting an insight into how people have lived in these houses for several centuries. Breakfast was plentiful and varied - great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, wide selection of breads and pastries plus cheeses and meats, homemade tomato puree, local organic olive oil, fresh fruits etc as well as the usual cereals, yoghurts etc.

Set in an 18th-century house full of historic charm, Hotel Rural Tia Pilar has a small outdoor swimming pool. This elegant hotel is ideally situated in the centre of the historic town of Almagro, La Mancha. The decor was lovely, lots of antique furniture. Patios were charming and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very kind and friendly, they even provided me with a fan to take home. Street parking was not difficult to find.

After a weary day-and-a-half of travel, my family was graciously welcomed into the hotel with familial warmth and was able to settle right in to rest before exploring Almagro proper. The staff was courteous & attentive and the hotels provisions were on point. We decided to stay in the first night and enjoyed room-service; choosing from a selection of tapas that were both light and filling, and absolutely delicious. The town of Almagro was also distinct and charming, with a bustling market, cafes, and historical/cultural sites including a museum dedicated to theater.

The Parador de Almagro has been beautifully transformed into a hotel with fantastic facilities. Enjoy the architecture of the building as you walk up the wide, wooden staircase. Admire the wooden ceilings, huge tapestries and original artwork hanging on the walls. Great location, meals were excellent , and the employees always very diligent, educated and satisfied our requirements.

The cleanliness was excellent, with rooms being cleaned daily. The breakfast was diverse and satisfied everyone in our large group, even with different tastes and preferences. The staff was professional and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient – just a 15-minute walk from the city center. Overall, we are very satisfied and would gladly return! 🇬🇪❣️
