Old and New is in perfect harmony. Picturesque and very cosy. Or room was a big one with a pleasant bathroom and balcony. The hostess was very caring and directed us to the best restaurant nearby to have dinner. Walk to the harbour was soothing and the view to the bay during the Sunset like in a movie. We had also the best breakfast during our trip in Spain. The food was fresh, tasty - local cheeses, hams, cakes, fresh orange juice, croissants, coffee. Recommend very much if you want to experience local culture outside of big city. And also enjoy quiet surrounding and Nature.

Hotel Rural Playa de Aguilar is located in Muros de Nalón, 1 km from Playa de Aguilar Beach. This charming hotel is set in a colonial house surrounded by gardens. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town with a beautiful view. The room was spacious and very cozy, with a very nice garden/terrace. Rojelio was very nice and welcoming, and with a lot of knowledge about history. He gave us a lot of interesting and useful information about the area and places to visit. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Overlooking the Navia River, Naviega Guest House is just 500 metres from the centre of the village of Navia. A small beach surrounded by pine trees on the Asturian Coast is 2.5 km away. We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel in a beautiful location beside the river. At Casona Naviega a lot of thought and care has gone into ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with lovely décor and pretty surroundings beside the river. Antonio is a super host, always ensuring we were well taken care of and on hand with local knowledge to recommend places to visit in the area. The buffet breakfast was a real treat, offering a wide selection to choose from, both hot and cold dishes. Little extra touches like complimentary coffee and cakes laid out in the library in the afternoon added to our positive experience. On-site parking was really convenient too. Above all, for the quality and service provided, the value was outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. Well done Antonio & Team – we will definitely return. Offering sea views and rooms with free Wi-Fi, Hotel La Colina is set on the edge of Gijón’s Providencia Park. Set 5 km from the city centre, it is just 200 metres from Serín Beach. Everything. It was one of the most beautiful coastlines of Spain. The beds were comfy, the shower and bath wonderful and the staff so kind. They run a cafeteria as well and the food was great. Felt like we were getting home cooked meals. Alucia was incredibly helpful with directions to Gijon and where the best sites and typical food would be. We loved it and would come back again if ever in this part of the world.
