The breakfast was great, with a nice buffet and fresh options like eggs, juice, pancakes, and waffles cooked on the spot. The location is perfect – right on the promenade, just steps from the beach with comfortable sunbeds. There’s also a rooftop pool (though quite small, but great for a refreshing dip), bar, and amazing sea views, plus a small spa with hammam and massages. The room was very clean, housekeeping every day and the bed super comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary cava from the hotel and the daily water refills in the room 🫶 I would definitely come back!

This family-run hotel is located 2 minutes’ walk from the beach in Cadaques Bay. Set in a traditional-style building with blue and white tones, it offers a seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace.

The bright rooms at Hotel Blaumar Cadaqués feature scenic views, rustic décor and traditional Catalan floors. Some rooms have balconies and all include plasma cable TV and en-suite bathroom. All very good, small professional hotel. Great ambiance, great location, swimming pool and you park you car underneath the hotel.

Pensió Bellmirall is located in the centre of Girona’s Old Town, just 100 metres from the cathedral. The simple rooms have private bathrooms, and there is a free Wi-Fi hotspot.

The rooms are decorated with antique-style furniture. Many have original stone walls, and all have heating. I was very warmly welcomed and offered a shower to refresh while my room was being prepared, that was very nice! Breakfast was also very yummy, and the whole hotel is very charming.

We had really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Historic - its location in quiet part of historic center next to cathedral, beautifully restored building, rooms as well as breakfast! And because we were coming to the city to see Girona FC game we especially appreciated that the owner is big Girona fan and considers Ladislav Krejci #18 Girona FC as good player :-)

The rooms at Hotel Calina have their own private terrace, with views over the mountains, sea or swimming pool. Satellite TV and a safe are also included. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff is amazing! The hotel is very family oriented and super comfortable. We had view to the pool and it was very convenient to access it. Dali's house/museum is right next to the hotel. The walk to downtown is about 15 minutes. We rented a car and had free parking but we only used it one day to explore the Costa Brava beaches. Can't wait to come back and stay here again.
