Located in Platja d'Aro and set on the beachfront, Cosmopolita Hotel Boutique boasts an outdoor pool and terraces with sea views. Please note that there is no parking at the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly (special thanks to Nik and Sofia). The breakfast was great, with a nice buffet and fresh options like eggs, juice, pancakes, and waffles cooked on the spot. The location is perfect – right on the promenade, just steps from the beach with comfortable sunbeds. There’s also a rooftop pool (though quite small, but great for a refreshing dip), bar, and amazing sea views, plus a small spa with hammam and massages. The room was very clean, housekeeping every day and the bed super comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary cava from the hotel and the daily water refills in the room 🫶 I would definitely come back!

Pensió Bellmirall is located in the centre of Girona’s Old Town, just 100 metres from the cathedral. The simple rooms have private bathrooms, and there is a free Wi-Fi hotspot. Everything was excellent, the hostess welcomed us and showed us around the premises. The breakfast was delicious, and the courtyards were beautiful, green and with the sound of water. We're coming back!

The country-style Hotel Històric is in Girona’s old town, just 100 metres from Girona Cathedral. It offers soundproofed rooms with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The hotel has been tastefully restored. It is family owned and operated and very well maintained. Our family suite was comfortable and the bathroom exceptional. The location is ideal for wandering the old town.
