Heated in winter, the outdoor pools include waterfalls, hot tubs and a slide. Great place for a vacation with children. Polite staff, clean and good food. Very nice pool area with heated pool. Our room was so spacious and cozy. We have only good things to say about the vacation.

It's also amazing to have a ladder leading straight into the ocean. The location is very convenient. Lots of stores nearby, restaurants and the beach. No complaints about the room either. Comfy bed, good size, you get everything you need.

Later on I got to meet kevin the sweetheart and the rest of the staff. they did not disappoint and made the stay here fabulous 😊 if you are trying to find a hotel in GC this is it! Plus it’s sooooo gay here they have a bid sign in the reception that says - we are heterofriendly (and I find it hilarious)definitely coming back.
