Friendly staff, very nice room with a kitchen and a big balcony. We stayed in a villa and had room cleaning every day, fresh towels for the swimming pool. Also, big swimming pools with warm water, poolside bar. The whole territory was very green, lots of palms, all sorts of vegetation - felt like we're in paradise. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and there was a variety of options offered every day. The pool is fantastic. Clean, good size, excellent warm water. It's also amazing to have a ladder leading straight into the ocean. The location is very convenient. Lots of stores nearby, restaurants and the beach. No complaints about the room either. Comfy bed, good size, you get everything you need.

My room needed a little more time to get ready so they help me settle in with drink on the pool side and instructions where to get what. they were absolutely amazing. Later on I got to meet kevin the sweetheart and the rest of the staff. they did not disappoint and made the stay here fabulous 😊 if you are trying to find a hotel in GC this is it! Plus it’s sooooo gay here they have a bid sign in the reception that says - we are heterofriendly (and I find it hilarious)definitely coming back.
