Location couldn't be better. Literally 50 meters from the San Miguel Market and the Plaza Mayor. All the main attractions reachable by foot. Special thanks for the umbrellas available for the guests... it was a very cold rainy Christmas day. Great places to eat around... specially Amici, right across the hotel, but there weren't many options on Xmas day. Our room was spectacular... very well designed, clean and modern, with a full kitchen, comfy and firm beds, and excellent showers. Will book again without any doubt next time in town.

The room service was great and the room was cleaned and beds were made and the room was tydied to a high standard. The breakfast was value for money with a variety of options and eat as much as you want.

Everything was great from check in! Roberto was very kind and gave us very detailed instructions for places to visit. He even offered complimentary breakfast which was very very kind. There was a bottle of wine in the room which was a great gesture. The room was super clean and very spacious. Location is great to be in a local neughborhood but to be in walking or public transportation distance to touristic areas. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Madrid.
