Great location in a really cool neighbourhood of Madrid,. Staff where excellent especially Cristina on reception who went above & beyond on her level of service. When we where checking in I dropped a bowl we had bought as a memento by our daughter. Cristina & Victor took the trouble to have it repaired and delivered to our room at no cost. On this trip we stayed at 16 different hotels in the USA, Canada, Portugal, Spain and Japan, this was by far the best!

The hotel has 2 terraces with panoramic views of the city. Location is excellent! Very centric. The hotel facilities are really nice and clean, rooms are spacious and pretty. Bed is comfortable and has nice amenities. The staff is really nice and helpful. Would recommend!

They all feature views of Alcobendas. Property was in a great area. Rooms were comfortable and clean with all amenities needed. Burger King right there was perfect.
