We were upgraded to a superior room which was a nice touch from Carlos , what an asset he is , lovely guy on reception. The room was very quiet and beautiful, ace bathroom and the best bed . The breakfast room is very nice overlooking the city, a fantastic selection of food , everything was delicious and the best orange juice ever! A fantastic hotel with fantastic staff especially the cleaning staff too . We will definitely recommend and return.

A former antique shop, the hotel has a an art and antique collection. The cathedral is a 5-minute walk away. Bed and shower was great The bed is large and super comfy and shower is large so there was plenty of room. By the way breakfast service is amazing. If you are early morning person There is coffee machine in the room to start your day.

We absolutely loved our stay here, such a stunning property. The rooftop patio has spectacular views of the city, we sat and enjoyed some drinks there in the late afternoon. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating to our baby. Location is 10/10, there’s just so many streets to explore. We love Palma. The hotel breakfast was great but we ended up going to Plumo just around the corner every morning as their coffee and breakfast items were so good! Will definitely be back here again.
