Everything was perfect—from the cozy room to the warm hospitality. But the real highlight was the surprise birthday dessert plate with a candle at dinner for my wife—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that truly touched us! The staff were all incredibly friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt at home from the first moment. Can’t recommend this place enough—if I could, I’d rate it 15 out of 10!

Everything about my stay was wonderful — the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel’s location in the heart of Palma is also perfect for exploring the city. But what truly made the experience special was the staff. Juliette, Marie, Joan and the lovely lady who prepared breakfast may be the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. The genuine warmth and outstanding service of the team make this hotel truly stand out. I will definitely be back!

Sa vinya des Convents hotel can only be described as a perfect, gorgeous oasis that is conveniently located near the town of Inca. Upon arrival, we felt instantly at ease and welcome - Dolores has been wonderful in showing us around and providing all information so that our holiday really began from the moment we stepped through the gates. She made our stay feel special throughout and we are thankful for her kindness and attentiveness. The property itself was like a dream - blooming with lemon trees and greenery, plenty of private hideaways for picnics; the pool area was spacious and never crowded; the entire property was clean and well looked after. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with many local dishes included and the option to eat it outside each morning in the front garden was just lovely. Overall, this property is a like a little gem of Mallorca and we are super glad we made the choice to stay here.

Great location, it is separated from the beach only by a small street with restricted traffic (and a wider stretch of beach is 3 mins away by foot). It is not in the very center of the town (a few mins walk) which is great because this part it is far less crowded and quieter and much more pleasant than the opposite of the harbor. We loved the view from the sea-facing room and the beach yoga. Excellent breakfast (partially a la carte), excellent personnel. Spotlessly clean. We would definitely come back.
