Convento de San Benito is a restored convent, set in the pretty Galician fishing port of A Guarda. The spacious rooms all have a french balcony, a minibar and a safe. Tastefully decorated! Big room and fabulous bathroom. Very friendly staff. Nice touch with welcome glass of Port. Excellent location.We really enjoyed our stay there!

The historic stone accommodation was set within a beautiful vineyard and garden. The accommodation was very comfortable and we enjoyed a bottle of wine and olives that were served to us gratis in the courtyard garden. A relaxing late afternoon moment. Breakfast was also excellent.

So friendly and smiling all the time. Property was brilliantly renovated and rooms in keeping with the look of classic Portuguese hacienda.
