From the very good service during check in, to getting a free upgrade to a one bed apt. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My apt was clean and had everything I needed for my 5 day stay. Room was cleaned once in the middle of my stay and that was fine with me as a solo traveller I didn't mess up the place. Distance to the beach or Los Cristianos town is maybe a 20min walk downhill but there's taxi ranks just outside the hotel if you need them. WiFi speed was very good in the room. TV has several channels in different languages. Overall very pleased with the hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again.
