This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. From the amenities to the service, everything was top-notch. We were so impressed with our stay that we decided to stay an extra night and would highly recommend the place. The food was also excellent, and we especially enjoyed the variety at the breakfast buffet. There were so many options to choose from, something for everyone. The meals throughout the day were also very good. Overall, we were very pleased with the food.

Location and staff. Everything was great. Perfect family stay. Very convenient, close to airport and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Staff is amazing and so friendly and helpful.

The Hotel Rural Victoria - La Orotava is beautifully located between the sea and the mountains in Villa Monumental de La Orotava. The hotel is in a wonderful location in this historical city. The staff were incredibly friendly. Everything was clean and lent itself to the theme of the town… Historical. The value for what we spent on the room was incredible. It's the best hotel we've stayed in so far in the Canary Islands. we do not do resorts. We do places like this. We've stayed in seven other places so far on this trip. This was the best! And don't miss the view from the rooftop terrace… Incredible!
