It was very spacious, big bathroom for two people, a shower, a bath, two sinks, shampoo, conditioner, lotion available. Underground private parking, a little uncomfortable but big enough for the hotel. Very close to Old Town and Bilbao Arena. Beautiful view, very comfy beds.

The hotel was excellent overall. Staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for visit to close-by Guggenheim and a concert that evening in the Euskalduna Concert Hall. Breakfast was high quality.

A beautiful location overlooking the bay. The hotel is charming and I loved the decor. Great restaurant in the gardens and a covered restaurant downstairs. Food was fabulous and the crowd was delightful. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and service.
