Receptionist very helpful and reliable - excellent English. Liked how we were checked in when we arrived early. Great having an espressos machine, pastries, and fridge with fresh juice.

We were given an early check-in and we were able to help ourselves to hot drinks out of hours in the cafeteria. the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful.
