Classified as a Historical Monument, this 17th-century building sits in a 7-hectare wooden park in the heart of Champagne. The Chateau is amazing! If you feel cimfortable in old manirs and feel relaxed spending time in the nature (gardens) then that is the place for you! Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, tasty food and personal of the hotel is very professional as well. Love the attitude of the place! Really want to go back.

Room was huge, the little town was so much fun to explore for a few hours. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant which were both delicious and excellent. The hosts were extremely nice. Lots of nice little touches throughout. Would highly recommend.

Domaine Sacret is located in the heart of Ay, only 4 km from Epernay. The elegant-style guest house features a terrace and a large, communal lounge with billiard, a bar and a TV. Breakfast was excellent. Especially enjoyed Odile and our 6:00 pm champagne tasting with her. Room was spacious and clean. Within walking distance to restaurants in Ay.

The room’s are clean and well decorated. Beds are good and and the bathroom is excellent too. Breakfast is served in a separate space and what one would expect is there. Furthermore each room has a terras facing a small park in a quiet environment. You can charge your EV can be and the whole property is fenced.

Laure was the perfect host, from her warm welcome, to her exceptional cuisine and wonderful personal touches, including her homemade yoghurt, butter and excellent preserves! The accommodation was comfortable and spacious, and ideally located for our overnight stay.

We will definitely go back beautiful location

La Maison de Rhodes Hôtel & Spa is located in the heart of Troyes historic town centre. The staff are superb and unbelievably helpful and kind. Great traditional French breakfast and good restaurant at the hotel.
