Nestled in the heart of La Rochelle and set in an 18th-century building, Maison des Ambassadeurs is just a 5-minute walk from the Old Harbour and offers a 24-hour front desk as well as a concierge service. Raphael greeted us by attending to our car. He later gave us many tips and places to see and to eat. He was so very nice. Tiffany treated us to an upgrade which was so very kind of her. We were greeted with her friendly smile and warm welcoming followed with a glass of champagne. Such a pleasant entrance to our stay! The room was absolutely gorgeous. An entire area dedicated to coffee, hot chocolate, and a fridge with drinks, etc. The main room had a table, sofa, chairs, end table - all was comfortable and spacious. The bedroom was large! A king bed (super comfortable), end tables, a huge closet with robes and slippers. The bathroom off the room was also large! Nice lighting, mirrors, sink and wonderful shower.

Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name… the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable! I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back if I get to La Rochelle again! Beautiful town but we didn’t get to spend enough time there!
