This renovated, 19th-century mansion sits in the residential area of Saint-Servan, right at the mouth of the Rance River just 400 metres from the beach. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and breakfast was excellent.

Providing a direct access to the Sillon Beach, Hôtel Ar Iniz offers a regional restaurant, a bar and a terrace with a view of the sea. The modern-style hotel is situated 1.5 km from the city centre. We arrived at 2:30pm, a little early but the staff were amazing and our room was ready really quickly. We had an exceptionally good dinner followed by the most comfortable night sleep. We left at 5:00am to catch the ferry home. The night porter gave us warm croissants to take with us, Yumm ! Special thank you to Bastien and Bastiste for being so professional and kind ! We will definitely return for a longer stay.

All the hotel staff were very helpful and kind. We felt very welcome. For a small fee, we were able to get an early check-in. The hotel is very clean and the room spacious and comfortable. It is conveniently located near one the main gates of the old city. We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast.
