This hotel is divided into 2 buildings from the 18th-century, a former school, from Napoleon III period. This is another place that rates quite high for my family, with 30 years of experience of traveling to Europe! The owner is phenomenal and warmly welcomed us when we arrived. As it was before our room was ready, we could leave our luggage at the property. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. The facilities, including our beautiful room and bathroom, are great. The breakfast room has plenty of options. The exterior courtyard was peaceful and charming. The location of the hotel is perfect, being a 1 minute walk to Chateau d'Azay-le-Rideau. The small village is serene and easy to explore during a short evening walk. We parked (2 nights) at the free spots in "Parking de La Passerelle", about 5 minutes away. There might be free overnight parking a bit closer at L'ilot d'Azay, but ask beforehand if it is free and legal. Definitely make Hotel de Biencourt your choice when in this part of France. You will not regret it!

Built in the 1830's, La Dixmeresse is located in Restigné and provides free WiFi access and free parking. It also features a private garden, terrace and a shared kitchen. Everything. Beautifully decorated large French style room , great breakfast , hosts Charles and Geraldine gave us excellent advice re things to do and see in the area and were very personable . Would have loved to stay longer .

Located an 11-minute drive from Amboise and set in a property built in the 16th century, Château de Pintray offers an landscaped garden and a furnished terrace. Everything! So beautiful and homey.

Set in a 19th-Century historic mansion, La Maison Jules offers a living room with a fireplace, a garden and a terrace. Alexandra, hotel manager helped us to enjoy the stay in the town of Tours.

Hôtel Grand Monarque is an 18th-century post house, located at the heart of the Loire Valley in Azay-le-Rideau, 150 metres from its famous castle. It features a lounge bar. The hotel staff was lovely at the Grand Monaque, which is smaller boutique type hotel right in the center of Azay-Le-Rideau. The accommodations were exactly as we anticipated, and the hotel was particularly helpful securing us private parking just behind the hotel. Highly recommend!

This manor is located near the Château d'Amboise. It offers a large outdoor swimming pool with a terrace and sun beds. Greeted by lovely staff. Rooms were delightfully decorated. Surroundings were homelike. Easy to access centre of Amboise. Breakfast was perfect. Beds were super comfy, crisp and luxurious sheets, lovely bathtub, and the perfect room temperature. Easy and safe parking. Quiet.

This 18th-century country inn is located in the centre of Chenonceaux, just 500 metres from the Castle of Chenonceau and 31 km from Beauval Zoo. The hotel has a perfect location within walking distance of the château. The service was excellent, and the dinner at the restaurant was both delicious and beautifully presented

The Logis Le Fleuray is an 18th-century hotel-restaurant, located in peaceful countryside. It is close to the historic towns of Amboise, Blois, Tours, and Châteaux de la Loire. Staff was attentive and proactive; beautiful and convenient position near the most important chateauxs. And the restaurant was really excellent - top-notch!
