Very prompt responses and friendly, accommodating staff. They upgraded my room and even lent me a plug. The suite was excellent in terms of size, decor, cleanliness, amenities (coffee, teas, organic bath items, couch, TV, etc.). It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was great, walking distance in a few minutes to the Tourism Office, La Plage or beach, downtown, restaurants, even police station. I loved my stay and will definitely go back! They have a rooftop area with views of the town. There's elevator.

Located in the heart of Biarritz, this hotel is in the Halles district, 300 metres from the beaches. It features a 24-hour reception, a terrace in the private garden and air-conditioned rooms. The location was ideal, across from the market and a short walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. The hotel staff were so very helpful and friendly. Great with dining suggestions, taxis and local information. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is located near the beach in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, 11 km from the Spanish border and 30 km from San Sebastian. Brand new just reopened, completely renovated lovely hotel few steps away from the beautiful beach and promenade at Saint Jean de Luz. We really enjoyed the good taste of the rooms, building and restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely come back! Thank you so much!

The staff at the hotel were exemplary. Very welcoming and attentive. The room was large and comfortable and very suitable for a wheelchair user. The meals in the dining room were first class and the location excellent.

Cutest rooms, we had two different ones and both looked adorable. Bathrooms were new and neat and the whole house was nicely decorated - especially the living room/lounge area. We will definitely come back here.
