Located in the centre of Bayeux, the Domaine de Bayeux is set in an 18th century house featuring a tree-lined park. Wonderful hotel with a beautiful garden. Very much recommended.

I also appreciated that they tidied up the room while we were gone. Not all B&Bs do that. I would've gladly stayed a week.

Located in Meuvaines in the Basse-Normandie region, Le Clos des Courtines is set in a 18th-century house. Free Wi-Fi access, a garden with terrace are some of the property’s facilities. Amazing spot, super comfortable and well placed for all Normandy attractions. Also, it was super cool to stay in a place that felt like a step back a few centuries in time.. but with wifi and TV. Beautiful garden and tables, kitchen was great, and the hostess was lovely.

Aggarthi Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful place to stay. Our room and bed were very comfortable. Diane, our host, is amazing. Diane made sure we were well taken care of. She prepares a great breakfast each morning and introduces the other guests at breakfast. It was nice talking to the other guests and their experiences in the Normandie area. As a plus, we enjoyed Picasso, Diane’s rescue dog! We enjoyed our stay, and if ever back in Bayeux, will stay again!

This Best Western is located in Ouistreham, 2 km from the ferry terminal and 7 km from Normandy's famous landing beaches. Guests can enjoy the outdoor heated pool. The staff were exceptional. They would go out of their way to help.

This residence consists of 2 properties located in the Normandy town of Courseulles-sur-Mer. Location of the hotel is fantastic. We had rooms with view to see, and it was magnificent. Breakfast was really good, with possibility to get different version of eggs on request.

We booked Hotel Le Lion while in Bayeux, after a terrible experience at Moulin Morin (where we had initially booked 3 nights together with our friends). As we were on vacation, there was no point in suffering more than one night, so I looked for other options. There were many choices on Booking, but after a careful analysis we chose Hotel Le Lion and it was the best choice! I felt sorry we didn't choose well in the first place and waisted money, time and ruining the vacation mood on Moulin Morin. By comparison, Le Lion was worth every penny. I felt sorry we had to live after 2 nights, but we had a plane to catch. To sum up: Large, beautiful room, very clean, water and coffee machine in the room, also Dyson Cool in the room. High bed, very comfortable mattress. All the staff was very professional, even better than at some 5 * chain hotels. It exceeded my expectations and I have high standards. Excellent breakfast, very diverse choices of cheese, meat, bread, sweets, a wide variety of fruits (from cherries to dragon fruit), almond milk. We booked the dinner at La Table du Lion one of the evenings: excellent food, impeccable service. In the morning, apart from breakfast, in the reception there were croissants and lemonade. At the reception desk we received very good recommendations for things to do in Bayeux. Excellent stay, overall!!
