I highly recommend this accommodation!

Each en-suite room has TV and free WiFi. Great hotel. Like stepping back in time in old world France. Very charming, but current as well. Staff were great and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast and dinner were great as well.

I loved that there was a bath and the room had bathrobes and slippers. The hotel had a bar where we enjoyed a glass of champagne. The staff were incredibly friendly and let my friends, who weren't staying, store their luggage while we went champagne tasting. Location was good, about 10-15min walk to the center.

This Best Western Hotel is located in the historic downtown of Troyes within a pedestrian zone. The property is a former posting office and is decorated with a horse and carriage theme. Guests can enjoy for free the Nuxe Spa which includes a sauna, hammam and sensory shower. Massages and treatments are also available at an extra cost. This is an excellent hotel, clean, spacious, good beds and outstanding staff. We brought our three dogs with us, which was no problem, but were told that we could not bring them in the breakfast room (perfectly understandable for us) when we booked, so we did not book the breakfast. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted breakfast the day after as well: we indicated that we had the dogs with us and the friendly employee told us that indeed the breakfast room was not possible, but we could take breakfast in the bar/salon. After a good sleep we went to the bar/salon in the morning and another friendly employee even set the table for us and brought water for the dogs, an excellent service! The breakfast itself was also outstanding with a large choice, so everyone will have something to their liking. Furthermore, the hotel is located around at an excellent spot in the city center and the possibility to reserve a parking space was great. A message for the hotel manager: please give our compliments to your staff, they really know the meaning of hospitality!
