Staff were incredibly friendly - especially the women who checked us out. We brought a large dog and they were very accommodating towards us. Such spacious rooms with the most amazing beds! Would definitely stay here again :)

Great big room, nicely decorated, cosy bed and linen. We didn't miss anything. The restaurant offers great food, regional but with a modern light touch. And the breakfast doesn't leave any wish open. Our dog loved the beach on the doorstep. We really enjoyed our days at Argyll Hotel. Thanks Ian and Nick and team. We will come back 🤗

With a 4-star rating from Visit Scotland, the pretty Struan House B&B is found on Tarbert’s peaceful harbour-side. Had a great conversation with the owner over breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and overlooked the beautiful harbor. I had to check in late because I caught the late ferry from Islay, and the owner was very accommodating.
