Overlooking Loch Feochan with panoramic views of rugged mountains and tranquil islands, Knipoch House Hotel is just a short drive from Oban, the seafood capital of Scotland and a gateway to the Isles.... It is super well-presented and everything is thought out to the last detail. I really did not expect it to be as nice for the low price we paid.

Situated in Luss in the Argyll & Bute Region, 38 km from Glasgow, Culag Lochside Self Catering features views of the mountains. Free private parking is available on site. Patrick, the owner, went beyond being hospitable. Attention to detail was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. The grounds are on loch lomond periphery with outstanding views of the loch. There is a walkway the whole way to the beautiful village of Luss and the hotel The Lodge on The Lough. We couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thank you Patrick.

Elderslie is situated in a beautiful part of Oban just on the outskirts. It's surrounded by trees and a picturesque view and very quiet. It's about a 25 minute walking distance to the town centre which is perfect. The couple who own it are really lovely, so friendly and can't do enough for you. Also, unlike some places in Oban, they don't lock you out after a certain time at night, so you can come and go as you please. My room was beautifully decorated and well presented, very clean.

MacKays is a high-quality, 4-star guest house, which is exclusively for adults. The award-winning property stands out on Oban's beautiful seafront, with uninterrupted views of the busy harbour. Amazing, wonderful house. Great location and beautiful view. Swift communication with owners. Some extras were provided (yoghurt, cookies, sherry …) which were greatly appreciated. Will definitely go back when in Scotland.

With a 4-star rating from Visit Scotland, the pretty Struan House B&B is found on Tarbert’s peaceful harbour-side. The hosts, Mark and Abbey, were fantastic and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and I highly recommend trying the Mexican porridge.
