Very clean , warm and comfortable. Kids loved the TV screen in the bedframe . Kids enjoyed the garden courtyard space .

The house has a good location just a short walk from a grocery store and pubs. The breakfast was exceptional with multiple choices. We hope to be back one day:) The house is definitely recommended!

All rooms are equipped with Smart TV’s, free wi-fi, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer, as well as walk -in shower (or bath on request), and some have lovely views to the King Robert statue and monument. Everyone was very friendly and attentive.

Nice old house with character, Bed was very comfortable. Downtown was a short walk away but we decided to eat at their restaurant which exceeded expectations, Unlikely to have found anything better downtown. Breakfast in the morning was also very good. Only good nights sleep I had during our entire trip.

Some of our group had Full Breakfast very tasty others only had room for Continental after delicious dinner previous night. Bedrooms very comfortable. Excellent location for our group meeting up.
