Situated in the heart of Loch Lomond National Park, The Winnock Hotel is set in an 18th-century building and features an on-site bar and a restaurant serving British cuisine. The Winnock is the oldest Hotel in the UK. It was full of character and charm. The location was perfect for exploring the Trossachs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were very clean, with new mattress envelopes on each bed. The Hotel bar had a great dinner and friendly service. The entertainment was really very good, a great way to spend a Friday night in the Scottish countryside! The roaring fireplace was perfect to warm up after a long hike .

Set in secluded 20-acre grounds, the Roman Camp Country House Hotel is set on the banks of River Teith in scenic Callander Village. Some of our group had Full Breakfast very tasty others only had room for Continental after delicious dinner previous night. Bedrooms very comfortable. Excellent location for our group meeting up.
