Check in was easy, the owner was nice and helpful, the location was just right, breakfast was great, we enjoyed talking to our hosts and their guests, and the owner gave us some good tips about the town.

We even saw a deer out the window. Sally was very knowledgeable about the area and was an amazing host. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and had views over the landscape.

Located in Little Petherick, 3 miles from Padstow, The Old Mill House is set in a renovated grade II listed former corn mill featuring a restaurant, bar, terrace and garden adjacent to a stream... We had a really nice stay at this accommodation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to rest after a long day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast – it was exceptional, with a great variety and quality that exceeded our expectations. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A country house weekend manor full of charm, cozy indulgence, historic interest, great hosts, delicious food, and dogs! My sister and I had a splendid weekend and appreciated the warm and genuine hospitality of Lorna and Andre from the moment we arrived. Fires in the hearth, stunning tub and White House toiletries, plenty of snacks, and home cooked meals. Possibly the best pain au chocolat I have ever had! Entrance to the drive best from bodmin rather than wadebridge, but that was easy with a u turn at trehellas house. We got out across bodmin moor to the hurlers and trethevy quoit, walked the camel near wadebridge, and enjoyed stunning views at Trevose head. Padstow was not worth the detour as we had seen other harbour towns in Cornwall with less tourist kitsch and better food. We didn’t make it to penhallow but would love to return for that treat. Great central location for lanhydrock house, fowey, cotehele, and more. Four thumbs up from us! Thank you Lorna and Andre! And scratchies to Lily, the Jack Russell, for the snuggles.

Penrose Bed & Breakfast is a Victorian property with original features such as fireplaces, chandeliers and high ceilings. The whole experience at Penrose was Wonderful 🥰 Heidi and Chris were absolutely fabulous hosts! Our Room was so big and beautiful and the view from our window was Stunning 💓 Really nice shower and even a bathtub! Full breakfast in the morning was delicious! Very short walk into the charming town and plenty of places to find food, including the Co-op! I totally recommend this B&B 🥰

Overlooking St Michael's Mount, The Godolphin Hotel in Marazion offers high-quality rooms on the beautiful West Cornwall coast. With a bar and restaurant showcasing local produce. Great location right opposite St Michael's Mount. Room was lovely & had a balcony with table & seating. Breaky great. Very happy there.

We instantly felt welcome and at home on arrival by our 2 excellent hosts Ralph and Annie. The rooms were very clean, Breakfast superb, manners and attention to each guest, outstanding. We felt extremely happy during our stay and would recommend this gem to our friends. There was no sign of rudeness or short temper from either host. They Catered to all guests needs during our stay. We loved the chilled vibe of the place and the 5 * breakfast, facilities, beds, pillows and duvets. Absolutely all needs or scenarios have been thought of in these rooms with even ear plugs for your wife if you're a snorer or needle and thread if you need to repair a button on your shirt. I have stayed in the Marriott, Hilton and other private hotels/B&Bs in the UK and around the world. This place outshines those in many ways, especially Ralph's amazing breakfasts and specials menu. All of the food is locally sourced from Cornish farms and family run shops. The Bacon and sausages in the full English are perfect. The homemade bread is lush and goes a treat with their homemade jams selections. The work Annie & Ralph put into this place speaks volumes for itself. The rooms have a good size fridge and beverage making facilities to make you feel even more at ease if traveling a distance with food for your trip. To top all of this off, the Hotel is secure and safe with large iron gates to keep you and your loved one/s safe.
