We were in the area for one night and were delighted to find this gem! We live in Germany so staying in a country pub/hotel is always a treat for us, and this did not disappoint. We have 2 little dogs who were very welcome in both the pub and the room (and were even given treats and a cheeky sausage by the wonderful staff!). Our check in was smooth and we were able to book a table for dinner with ease. The staff were all super attentive and engaging. The room was comfortable and was everything we needed - even if the bed was a tad small, it still provided us with a solid nights sleep. However, without a doubt, the pinnacle of this stay was the food!! It was EXCEPTIONAL! And this is not exceptional for a pub, it was exceptional compared to anything! The duck was genuinely one of the best cooked and tastiest we’ve ever had! We’ve already recommended it to people and we are seeing how we can visit again on our next visit. Whether you stay for a night or not, the food HAS to be tried! Book a table and thank us later!

Offering a barbecue and views of the sea, Orchard House Hotel is set in Lynmouth in the Devon Region. The bed and breakfast has a terrace and hot tub, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Had bar and hot tub! Room and en suite were ultra clean, as were all the public areas. Owners and staff were very welcoming and were helpful with our queries and owner even gave us a lift to a pub in Lynton! We stay here every time we are in Lynmouth 😊. Thank you, guys for another great stay.

Within 5 minutes’ walk of Dawlish seafront, the award-winning Lammas Park House offers elegant rooms with free parking and WiFi. There is also a pretty garden with a waterfall and fish pond. The room, breakfast, the owners are excellent, no complaints.

Situated in the town of Dartmouth, The Dartmouth Boutique B&B is less than a mile from the banks of the River Dart. Exceptional place to stay in Dartmouth! Hosts keep this beautiful property in pristine shape. The view from our room was stunning, and the breakfast was very good. Great advice about what to do and see in Dartmouth.

Less than 30 minutes’ drive from Exeter city centre, New Inn in Coleford provides luxurious rooms and high-quality dining. Superb rooms, big, bright & airy with really comfy beds. Very clean and very good en suites with a bath & separate shower. Excellent

Situated in the small town of Lynton, by the estuary of West Lyn River and next to the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway, Seawood House Boutique Hotel boasts elegant rooms with sea view, free Wi-Fi,... The location is superb with stunning views and easy access to Lynton. Service and food were excellent. The residents lounge and dining room were beautifully furnished- like stepping back into a genteel Victorian era. The Countisbury room was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay their pretty much. Also the breakfast was very delicious.
