Immaculately groomed home with a peaceful garden area. Beautifully landscaped yard. Breakfast was amazing, great, stupendous! The homemade bread deserves special commendation as possibly the best ever baked. Owners Karen and Thomas are most welcoming.

to many University Departments and buildings, shops, The Old Course. and many historic places of interest. Nice large room for a family. 2 showers. Close to everything

Set in 120 acres of scenic Fife countryside, Kilconquhar Castle Estate features a heated indoor swimming pool and horse riding facilities. Free private parking is also available, as well as a fully equipped gym and tennis court. The accommodation was a beautiful garden flat close to the bistro for breakfast. Beautiful food especially the Cullen Skink was exceptional. Amazing place and even better it's dog friendly and the staff are so welcoming. They have amazing facilities but unfortunately we didn't have the chance to use them. Would highly recommend and we can't wait to return for our next adventure.

There are stunning views of Forth Rail Bridge, the Forth Road Bridge and the Queensferry Crossing. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good size room, very clean, loved the toiletries. Very quiet and comfy room. Restaurant and bar great. Great breakfast.

The Balgeddie House Hotel looks out over its own large gardens and the Fife countryside. It was built in 1923 and has now been extended and refurbished. Garden room was spacious, pool great for kids, food tasty, staff very friendly

The place was 10 minutes from the venue we were attending.
