On the banks of the River Dee, The Boat Inn in Aboyne offers accommodation, a cosy bar and restaurant. Everything! Absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend a stay. The staff team at The Boat are so kind and welcoming. Food is absolutely delicious! Rooms and all decor throughout The Boat is gorgeous.

Welcome to Cardhu Country House which sits in the very heart of the Malt Whisky Trail. The breakfast was superb. I liked the way Collin was responsive at all times.

This former church has been tastefully converted, enabling retention of the original features. Auld Kirk B&B is situated in the heart of picturesque Royal Deeside. We loved home cooked breakfast, design of interiors and advice on spending time around (when it comes to trekking, looking for dinner with children, drinks or other activities nearby) provided by the best owner we have met (Helen). Welcome drink and cookies appreciated as well :) We wish we could have stayed longer.

Set high above the village of Charlestown of Aberlour and overlooking the River Spey, this elegant country hotel is an ideal venue for shooting and fishing, and for whisky-lovers. The property was amazing perched up on the hill, with exceptional views across the valley. Attention to detail was on point and nothing was too difficult for the staff and management. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our room was perfect with a beautiful view. The grounds were well cared for. This property is a 10/10 on all levels.

With a 24-hour restaurant serving à la carte food, and continental or Full English breakfast in the morning, the ibis Aberdeen Centre – Quayside is situated in central Aberdeen. Nice hotel with a good location. Next to the entrance is also a parking garage for which they also offer a discount.

The Chester Hotel is a listed building dating from the 19th century, combining original design with striking, contemporary features. Room had everything I needed with nice extra touches to welcome me to Aberdeen. Coffee maker worked great and the coffee chosen was tasty. The bed was super comfy. Tv was a great size. Small things like the shower controls being out of the way of the water as it fell made getting the right shower temp before heading in really easy and convenient. I was able to get up, out and travel about with comfort and convenience while enjoying the very well decorated and appointed room.
