Set in 125 acres of formal gardens, this 13th-century double-moated castle offers luxurious yet modern bedrooms with free Wi-Fi. Very nice hotel with good and friendly staff. The rooms were big, beautifully decorated, and comfy, with nice shower facilities. The breakfast was good and an interesting experience.

Set in the grounds of the spectacular Leeds Castle in Kent, this property offers a free entry to the castle (subject to availabilities) and its grounds as part of their stay. Absolutely lovely place. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were much nicer than we actually expected; spatious and completely equipped. The castle itself is a worthwhile attraction, and so are the garden and environs. While it may seem isolated from the rest of Kent, a taxi or bus ride can get you to Maidstone or Ashford, and from there you are free to do any day trips to Canterbury, Dungeness or London. And the breakfast was amazing!

I did not think the room would be so lovely, opulent, and spotless. The hotel staff treated me like family, and as a traveler who is far from home, their thoughtful actions warmed my heart.

Striking and modern, The Marquis of Granby is a former village pub that offers contemporary dining and chic rooms, all amid beautiful Kent countryside near Dover, Folkestone, Canterbury and Ashford. Stayed here for 2 days to attend a local wedding. Couldn’t have been nicer. The food was great, staff lovely, rooms comfortable. The cookies they put in your rooms are also delicious and such a nice touch.
