Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station, Edinburgh Castle and the shops of Princes Street are within a 15-minute bus ride. Susan and Kevin are warm, humorous and hospitable. The breakfast is just perfect!! Room is comfortable. Location is good.

Great atmosphere. Convenient and quiet location in the new town, close to the royal mile, with an £8-10 uber ride to all the main attractions. Large, comfortable room with great design, especially when comparing to london. Very helpful staff, who give great advice about the city etc. Great lounge and restaurant, perfect for those not wanting to go far for great food. Fabulous A La carte breakfast. Generally a great hotel in every sense.

Edinburgh Festival Theatre is 2.2 km from the guest house. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Went above and beyond to make us comfortable and to accommodate me since I was traveling with medication that required cold storage. Room was beautiful and comfortable as well, in addition to being directly off a bus line!
