The property is beautifully designed in an elegant Scottish style that makes you feel like you’re staying in a small castle — a perfect blend of charm and understated luxury. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Although the room was not very large, it was thoughtfully furnished, cozy, and had everything we needed. I particularly appreciated the small touches — like the daily treats, cookies, and coffee provided in the room. These little details made the whole experience feel extra special and warm. I would also like to highlight the breakfast — the atmosphere was simply wonderful. The dining room was stunning, the service excellent, and the food both delicious and beautifully presented. There was a nice selection to choose from, and it truly felt like a luxurious start to the day — the perfect way to begin exploring Edinburgh.

Guests can also enjoy homemade shortbread, real coffee and designer teas. A lovely apartment, which was very clean and spacious. It felt private and quiet. The kitchen had all the amenities for us to cook up a quick meal after a long day out.

The Hotel Ceilidh-Donia is in a quiet residential area, just off Dalkeith Road, a major route into Edinburgh. Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station, Edinburgh Castle and the shops of Princes Street are within a 15-minute bus ride. Susan and Kevin are warm, humorous and hospitable. The breakfast is just perfect!! Room is comfortable. Location is good.

Set a 12-minute walk from Edinburgh Playhouse, Antler Guest House offers accommodation with free WiFi in Edinburgh. The property is close to Omni Centre, Edinburgh Military Tattoo and Royal Mile. Edinburgh Festival Theatre is 2.2 km from the guest house. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Went above and beyond to make us comfortable and to accommodate me since I was traveling with medication that required cold storage. Room was beautiful and comfortable as well, in addition to being directly off a bus line!

The Raeburn features modern design with attractive features including exposed stone walls, sash windows and tartan fabrics. All rooms have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, an iPod docking station, a minibar and tea and coffee-making facilities. The staff was absolutely outstanding. We were early to our check-in and the front desk took our bags. When the room was ready, our bags were already there. I just thought that was the nicest touch. The breakfast was so well priced for such quality and quantity. Everyone was so attentive and answered all of our random travel questions. I loved how close it was to Old Town with the hustle and bustle, but when we were ready to come back to a quieter part of the city, this place was just the perfect place to get comfy in the lounge for a snack and a dram. Truly, would not book anywhere else in Edinburgh!
