This is a little gem and if you are visiting the Sway area it's a definite must visit. Our welcome was really warm and inviting from the hosts John and Stephanie. Our room (the annex) exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was so delicious I think I would return for that alone. I enjoyed my vegetarian breakfast which you seldom see on offer. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Cottage Lodge Hotel is set in the Victorian village of Brockenhurst, nestled in the heart of the New Forest National Park. Cottage Lodge was very comfortable and had excellent facilities. The breakfasts were excellent and the selections of breakfast meals were all enjoyable. The hotel was perfect for us as we could walk to the bike rental near the train station to pick up our bikes. As we did two days of biking, it worked out well. Having a designated car parking spot was nice as we always had a spot to park. From the hotel you can walk to the restaurants and pubs, no need to drive.

Lying in the heart of the New Forest National Park, The White Buck is a former country house boasting 20 bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Beautiful location, breakfast was tasty and evening meal was delicious. Clean and decorated beautifully staff friendly and helpful.

Set in Brockenhurst, a 25-minute drive from Southampton, The Huntsman of Brockenhurst is a forest inn dating back to the 13th century that has undergone a major refurbishment. Comfortable, lovely staff, cosy bar area, good breakfast, fantastic room!

In Sway, within the beautiful New Forest, The Manor at Sway features leafy gardens and a traditional restaurant. Its luxury bedrooms are set in a grand Edwardian house. The manor was very comfortable and in lovely grounds. The staff were very helpful and responsive to any request or question. A very nice breakfast was included either full English or Continental or both. Would definitely stage again.

Woodlands Lodge Hotel is a privately owned 3-star country house hotel, in an idyllic location on the edge of the New Forest. Restaurant and staff efficient and gracious.

Set on the banks of the Beaulieu River within New Forest National Park, this hotel offers luxurious rooms, just 10 minutes’ drive from Beaulieu Palace. Beautiful hotel in a great location with fantastic restaurant and breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed our stay and the stunning setting within the New Forest NP and the hotel right next to the river makes it a perfect place. Really calm and perfect to relax in style. Also, very lovely and stylish rooms, generously equipped.

Situated in Hythe Marina near the town of Hythe, the Boathouse Hotel provides sleek, modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, some overlooking the water. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and nothing was too difficult for them during our stay.
