Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. It has free parking and retains many original features, such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows. Excellent room, exceptionally clean and a wonderful reception. Staff were superb, helping with dinner recommendations. Their attention to detail shows throughout the property and their garden.

The individually designed rooms have tea and coffee facilities, an espresso coffee machine, a flat-screen TV and an iPod docking station. All rooms have fluffy bathrobes, small fridges and DVD players. Rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. The rooms were comfortable with everything that a traveler would need. The breakfast was excellent with good choice and great food. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

John was a very friendly and helpful host, making sure we were comfortable at all times and had everything we needed. He gave us lots of useful tips and served a delicious, varied breakfast. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. The guest house features a restaurant and a shared lounge and is 31 km away from Scone Palace. Incredible decor and Hospitality. Absolutely loved my stay. It felt like a real treat.

The Townhouse boasts exceptional interiors, furnished with fine detail, and just 5 minutes’ walk from Perth’s centre. We had the house to ourselves. David was such a gracious host who was attentive but not 'nosy'. The scones when we arrived were so appreciated and the breakfast was awesome. Very comfortable beds. Walking distance to restaurants.
