I've always wanted to stop on a boat and decided to book this for my Husband's birthday. It is ideally located in Sheffield city centre. It's a short walk from the train station and the main shopping area. The owner sent very clear instructions on how to get here .The boat was very clean and comfortable. The heaters were on when we arrived so it was lovely and cozy and there are blankets to get snuggled on the sofa. The bed was really comfortable. We got woken up by the ducks the next morning. It was just a lovely place to stay

Converted from an old guardhouse, Garrison Hotel combines historical atmosphere with modern facilities. There is free WiFi, and a restaurant serving homemade food. The location and premises were great. I enjoyed having a nice pint of cider at the bar. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I am not used to the British cold so it was really nice to have a space heater in the room. There is a lot of restaurants and a Supermarket/mall a couple minutes away. The tram is less than 10 minutes away, and the buses even closer. If the opportunity to return to Sheffield comes, this is the first place I’ll look for a room. Thank you Garrison!

Situated in Sheffield’s Quayside area, Best Western Plus Quays Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the city centre. Perfect. We stay in lots of hôtels in our travels and this one has to bé our number 1. Beds and pillows so comfortable we didn't want to get up! Bathroom superb. Hot and cold taps/water didn't need a science dégrée to figure out and thé breakfast was fabulous and copious. Superb rooms. Great gym and pool and awesome open spaces. Thank you!

Wonderful place, quiet and peaceful. The huge parking lot, the restaurant is two steps away. The breakfast is good, costs 11 pounds p/p.
