What an amazing gem of a hotel. I happened upon the Aviator while looking for somewhere to stay for the British Motor Show. The room was incredible, very clean and stylish (which goes for the whole hotel). The staff were lovely. They upgraded us to a studio room so we could have early check-in, which was so very kind.

I was impressed with the little extras such as tea & coffee, microwave, washing bowl & liquid etc. It isnt a self catering apartment so I hadnt expected such attention to detail & was impressed

The Plough Itchen Abbas opens onto lovely gardens and you can dine out on the terrace. We loved the location, the charm, our room, the staff Andy the food!

The property features garden views and is 28 km from Southampton Guildhall and 29 km from Southampton Cruise Terminal. Sandbanks is 31 km from the bed and breakfast and Poole Harbour is 32 km away. Friendly and hugely welcoming hosts. It was so lovely to meet John and Steph, a real delight. It was great the get some history of the area and excellent recommendations for walks and places to eat. As the other reviews said, the breakfast was also a highlight of our stay. So delicious! And watching the birds whilst having breakfast was just joyful. A real gem of a place, thoroughly recommended to everyone.

In a gated development, Millers House provides light and elegant rooms with 32-inch TVs, just 10 minutes’ walk from Emsworth’s centre. Free parking is available, and full English breakfasts are served for a surcharge. Great location- short walk to beautiful Emsworth and it’s picturesque harbour plus close to station for trains into Portsmouth. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean with every luxury you could think of. Breakfast was superb.

Parts of the building date back to 1650 and still feature beautiful period features, such as original wooden beams, handmade bricks and ship timbers. The lodge’s rich history means it has a wealth of character and original charm. Cottage Lodge was very comfortable and had excellent facilities. The breakfasts were excellent and the selections of breakfast meals were all enjoyable. The hotel was perfect for us as we could walk to the bike rental near the train station to pick up our bikes. As we did two days of biking, it worked out well. Having a designated car parking spot was nice as we always had a spot to park. From the hotel you can walk to the restaurants and pubs, no need to drive.

Situated alongside the Solent, Lymington is also ideal for exploring the neighbouring historic towns of Winchester, Southampton, Romsey, Lyndhurst as well as Portsmouth and Salisbury. The staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and everything was great. The bed and comforter and pillows are super comfortable and it was the best night's sleep we got in over a week. The shower was great, the toiletries and towels were great. It was all wonderful. The location is convenient for walking to the Quay, shops, restaurants, etc. We drove to the Isle of Wight Ferry parking lot to take the ferry over for the day which was easy and convenient. We had stayed here before and will come back again.
