They kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in and late checkout, which was a huge help. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly spacious—exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better! Everything I needed was within easy reach, which added to the overall convenience of my stay. A special shoutout to Sofia and one of the receptionists (a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a great location, and a comfortable stay!

The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

Offering ultra-modern décor, the Bloc Hotel’s rooms are inspired by Japanese space-saving design. Set in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham’s cultural heart, its rooms each have free high speed WiFi and a flat-screen TV. The system of having the key and control panel on my phone so I didn't have to worry about losing my key. The apartment was a decent size and very good for the price, exceptionally good value for money!
