Free WiFi is accessible throughout, and parking is available near to the property. The location was great. Very close to the centre but had no trouble with sound. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags after checkout as we had a train later that day. Had no faults with cleanliness or the location. We were lucky enough to be the “guest of the day” which was lovely to know and got ourselves a complimentary drink and some treats in the room. Overall chuffed to bits with the room and the staff :)

I love the location, very close to the train station, also really close to the Bullring. The mall was very walkable as well, there were historic museums in the area that was walkable. The rooms were clean and modern . Breakfast was amazing.
