Upon arrival, we were checked in by Fiona who was very welcoming, efficient and kindly changed our room to one which was more easily accessible to my husband who had hurt his back falling on the ice. She couldn't have been more helpful. All the staff were smiling. We had lunch in the restaurant which was delicious. Very large comfortable room.

Offering a free fitness centre, Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham City Centre is located 200 metres from the Bullring Shopping Centre. The flat was very nice and clean! We stayed at one bedroom apartment and had a comfortable and big double bad, a sofabed , 2 tvs with a lot of channels, 2 tables, 4 chairs, a small but very complete kitchen, a lot of extra pillow and duvets, iron board and a nice toilet with very good water pressure. The staff was very friendly and kind and always keen to help. We left our luggage at the reception before and after our stay for free. I loved that they have a selection of board games (which was great with kids) and other kitchen appliances to borrow for free, like toaster and air fryer! The flat was very silent and the black out was great to sleep! The location was great, just 5 minutes walk of a big shopping center with a lot of options of shops, restaurants and supermarket. Very close to the 2 mains train station as well! It's a shame we only booked for one night because it was a quick visit at the city, but I'd easily stay for much longer!

Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.
