The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, contributing to the overall warmth and friendliness of the experience. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to both the city centre and the railway station made it exceptionally convenient for exploring the area or commuting. The room itself was a true sanctuary; spacious and well-appointed, it provided a comfortable retreat after a day of activities. I especially appreciated the kitchenette in the room.

Absolutely fantastic I loved it, It was great value for money and so clean and had modern rooms, comfortable and a lovely scent as you walked through the corridor to your rooms. My friend and I stayed on Saturday 24th May and sorry I have forgotten her name who greeted us at reception. she was amazing, lovely friendly helpful young lady please recognise her and also I saw the young lad when we checked out he also is very pleasant I remembered him from my first visit. So overall fabulous 👍 ✨⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

This was by far the cheapest and easily the best hotel we've stayed at during our 9 day trip through the Midlands. Room and bathroom were big, clean and comfy, breakfast was amazing with lots of vegan options (and very well labelled) and the city center is only a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again!
