Staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Made sure we knew how to get to places and alternatives. Breakfast was excellent as well, lots of choices. Room was really comfortable and the location was convenient.

We arrived very late due to flight delays, but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodated our late arrival. They provided some recommendations of things to do in the area. Breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best we've had (and we travel A LOT). Their system works well to order your breakfast the night before to minimize any waste. They have plenty of parking and are easy to find. There is a wonderful park across the street and are easy walking distance to Molineux as well as the city center. The restaurant is undoubtably one of the best in the area, make sure to get your reservations in.

Check-in went smoothly, and the lady at the reception was extremely helpful and positive, which made a great first impression. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I really appreciated the variety of both warm and cold dishes, fresh fruit, orange juice, and even guacamole. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. A special mention goes to the lady at breakfast—she was very friendly and welcoming, which made the morning experience even nicer. The staff throughout the hotel were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.
