Few minutes walk to the Grand Central, from there a 10 minutes train ride to the Intl. The room was a small suite with all the important necessities. We could even cook something. The breakfast was also excellent with very strong ("serious") coffee, but I would liked more a bit more personal presence. Maybe it's only me, but I like when somebody is there with a smile. A bit of critisism, that they should change the closing on the cinnamon holder near to the porrige. One cannot be careful enough and half of them is on their porrige - no good. All in all, see them next year when we will be in Crufts again!

Upon arrival, we were checked in by Fiona who was very welcoming, efficient and kindly changed our room to one which was more easily accessible to my husband who had hurt his back falling on the ice. She couldn't have been more helpful. All the staff were smiling. We had lunch in the restaurant which was delicious. Very large comfortable room.

Offering a free fitness centre, Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham City Centre is located 200 metres from the Bullring Shopping Centre. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in and late checkout, which was a huge help. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly spacious—exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better! Everything I needed was within easy reach, which added to the overall convenience of my stay. A special shoutout to Sofia and one of the receptionists (a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a great location, and a comfortable stay!

Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

Offering ultra-modern décor, the Bloc Hotel’s rooms are inspired by Japanese space-saving design. The system of having the key and control panel on my phone so I didn't have to worry about losing my key. The apartment was a decent size and very good for the price, exceptionally good value for money!
