Located in the Mtatsminda Mountain City Centre, this 24-hour reception hotel is air-conditioned and offers a sun terrace as well as rooms with a private bathroom. We visited Tbilisi not for the first time, but were extremely pleasantly surprised with our stay at Tbilisi View Hotel. As we came with a car, we also had a chance to park it just infant of the hotel, super convenient. Upon arrival we had a chance to select one of two available rooms, that gave flexibility to choose what we prefer more. The view from the hotel room is amazing, very good location and overlooking Tbilisi city. Room size is perfect and very convenient. Bathroom is clean and with necesarry toiletries. Breakfast was in a nice room with a view as well, good selection of breakfast food. Location of hotel is good, not far a way from city center (by foot) and also not far away from funiculare. And the host was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will select the same hotel next time we will be in Tbilisi.

Excellent location, and the staff were absolutely wonderful! We booked the cheapest room since we only needed a couple of hours of sleep with the family before our flight, and they upgraded us for free because they didn’t want our child to be uncomfortable.)) When we were leaving, a staff member helped us load everything into the taxi. The room was great, everything was clean. I was truly impressed by the hospitality and care we received. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

The hotel is well located and provides the necessary facilities. The price / quality ratio is very good. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I specifically ask for a room at 3rd floor with mountain view and they gave us that room. I recommend this hotel!

The staff here is extremely sweet and supportive - It gives a homely vibes. Although not that posh - this place is much better than the other commercial hotels I have stayed in. The staff goes over and beyond for you and are extremely friendly! I loved my stay here.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the sfatt were extremely helpful and friendfly spcially Elen and Maryam, the breakfast was average needs more variety. the housekeeping team was so professional we had a perfect experience.

Located in the city centre of Tbilisi, a 5-minute walk from Rustaveli Metro Station, Lowell features an on-site restaurant, a breakfast buffet, and free Wi-Fi. We travelled from Iran with 2 kids 16 and 9 years old. All of us found the place very nice, comfortable and very friendly. Breakfasts are very healthy, fresh and tasty. David and Timur at reception made us feel as if we are staying with our relatives. they compleatly were helpfull and kind. The actual building is old , feels very historical. It is not a luxury hotel to manage your expectations but for sure worth the money. Our kids and we liked :).

The place is unique and extremely clean and loved the hospitality of the hosts and the breakfast served was quite warm like home made food ❤️❤️❤️ We loved staying here and we will repeat it again.
