Stavros was so helpful when we arrived and waited for us as we arrived late in the evening. The beds are sooo comfortable and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Love the special touches ; robes and slippers. Great wifi signal also. Not sure why it’s only a 3 star because it should be rated much higher. Free parking is a big bonus. Highly recommend 10/10

The hotel has a very nice location, near the city pedestrian shopping area. It is a very clean facility with a spacious rooms, but the most exquisite thing about the Smart hotel is the really helpful and wonderful stuff, especially Lia on a reception desk and Angeliki, that made our stay even more pleasant.
