Free Wi-Fi is available. We place is very unusual with stairs everywhere and balconies. The owners were great, very welcoming. The breakfast was huge, homemade and delicious.

It consists of individually decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. Plaka Beach is at 4 km. The service was simply incredible! We were welcomed with a complimentary afternoon snack before taking a dip in the pool surrounded by the red rocks of Leonidio. The breakfast was great and varied each day, with homemade baked goods. They were so kind they called us a taxi to the beach and helped us rescue the wallet we left in the car! They also sent us the charger we left in the room to our next destination free of charge! Couldn’t recommend more! We will definitely be coming back.

A breakfast basket including organic, homegrown products is daily provided for guests to prepare their own breakfast. From 1 to 10 - we give 11! It is a wonderful and peaceful place, perfect for rest. Beautiful views from the terrace, green, only fields around. The owners were helpful and friendly. A well-equipped house, there was everything you need, an espresso machine, pots, dishes, a citrus juicer! Breakfast every morning in a basket next to the house: fresh bread, fruit, Greek yogurt, jam, honey, coffee. A minute of beauty on the beach, where there are few people and plenty of places to relax. We will definitely have to come again! We love this place and this region of Greece.

Location was excellent for us as we wanted a peaceful stay.

In the heart of Tsakonia, just a 10-minute walk from Livadi Beach, through a dirt, downhill road, Apelon Tiritas Villas are found on the foothills of Parnon in Arcadia. The complex consists of 4 buildings and features a swimming pool with a sea-view sun terrace. We had a wonderful stay in the comfortable and pleasant apartment, with the most calming view one could wish for - endless blue. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
